About Danielle

After 20 years in the hairdressing industry, Danielle Robertson opened her own beautiful salon space DMR Hair Residence. This was in September 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, but she just knew the time was right. Creating a space where her clients could feel comfortable in being themselves, and receiving a one-on-one experience was extremely important. Where other salons might have you being passed from one stylist to another throughout your appointment, Danielle wanted to offer a consistent 5 star salon experience every time you stepped into DMR Hair Residence.

Every year Danielle attends multiple industry events and invests in her own education to ensure she stays up to date with trends and techniques. She has even worked backstage at fashion weeks in Sydney and Melbourne, and has a passion for entering creative hairdressing photographic competitions.

DMR Hair Residence is proud to be a Goldwell salon. Goldwell are the leading colour range in the world and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to perfect coloured hairs’ condition and texture. Danielle is passionate about clients having healthy beautiful hair that turns heads, and Goldwell provides the products to achieve this.

Meet Sherrie

When you visit our salon, be sure to say hello to Sherrie. She's a wonderful 30-year-old woman with Down Syndrome who helps me keep things running smoothly three days a week. Sherrie takes care of behind-the-scenes tasks, freeing me up to focus on giving you the best possible hair service. She's happy to make you your beverage of choice, and chat with you, so don't be shy!
